About Ckori:

Ckori Jones Sr. is the proud husband of one wife, Chanell Jones and three children, Ckori Jr, Taylor and Payton Olivia Jones. Mr. Jones grew up in Cheverly MD, a city located in Prince Georges County. Mr. Jones is the product of St. Johns College H.S. located in NW Washington D.C. and the historically Black College, Bowie State University located in Bowie MD. Here he played baseball and majored in Education with a concentration in History. From 2000 to 2010 Mr. Jones taught Government, Law & Public Policy, Social Issues and African American History to graduating seniors at two Prince Georges County High Schools. From 2010 to 2013 Mr. Jones worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as an Investigator within the Office of Resolution Management. In 2008 Mr. Jones started a handyman company (BroCAR Renovations) in an effort to take advantage of the REO market and the need for contractors in the Washington DC metro area. This part time side hustle began to burst off of the seams due to the huge influx of REO’s post the subprime meltdown and BroCAR’s ability to deliver a quality product in a timely cost effective manner. From 2009 - 2014 BroCAR Renovations managed over 1000 projects. From 2014 to present day Mr. Jones, Managing Partner of BroCAR Properties has transitioned from client based renovations to acquiring real-estate for development purposes. Mr. Jones focus has been on purchasing mixed use and residential property for the purpose of providing housing to low income families.
