Co-Founder & CEO
Andrew is an entrepreneur and digital marketing expert who has been at the forefront of technology and media innovation for the last decade. Prior to Further Insights, Andrew was the VP of Business Development at Tivilon, a healthcare marketing agency, and a Digital Sales Specialist at The Baltimore Sun. Andrew is also a co-founder of NewsUp and a former board member of WellAware, a non-profit providing sustainable water solutions to communities in East Africa. Schuster is a graduate of West Virginia University where he studied advertising and entrepreneurship. In his spare time, Schuster enjoys playing music, cycling, and traveling.
Co-Founder & COO
Graduating with a BA in History and Philosophy from Loyola University in Maryland, Coleman began his professional career in event production and marketing with ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment. Upon leaving ARAMARK, Coleman expanded his event production experience as an independent promoter while transitioning into the world of digital marketing, first as Marketing Director of digital agency Tivilon and then as Co-Founder and CMO of current events trivia platform NewsUp. As an active member of the Baltimore startup ecosystem, Coleman enjoys mentoring budding entrepreneurs at The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Baltimore. When he’s not working, Coleman enjoys hitting the links, slappin’ da bass with Baltimore Prog Rock outfit Greasy Hands, and spending time on adventures with his lovely wife Ingrid, and their two pups Ace and Jacks.
VP of Business Development
Phil Chorney, a graduate of the University of Liverpool’s Business school with a Master of Science in Global Marketing has been a leader for over 10 years in the music management , event marketing and small business marketing sector. As the founder of Charm City Bluegrass and Baltimore Management Agency, Phil has helped various industry organizations grow their digital platforms and expand their market share through innovative approaches to lead social media advertising and email marketing. Phil is also an avid fly and light tackle angler who guides clients in and around the Baltimore area. With two young daughters and an incredible wife, Phil still finds time for his passions of fishing, hunting, and bbq.
Kelsey is a Towson University graduate with a BA in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Her marketing journey began as an intern for the United States Naval Academy Athletic Association. Soon after, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, forcing the world to shut down. In spite of this, she began freelancing and took on a couple of clients of her own to build up her portfolio and skillset. In her spare time she enjoys singing, going out to eat, hanging with family, and most of all, playing with her sweet boxer Abbey!

Jason has years of experience in leading sales and account management for high-growth real estate, hospitality, and e-commerce based digital marketing companies. Most recently, Jason was Director of Business Development at ShowMyProperty, and prior to that was the Manager of Client Services for Printful. Jason’s wealth of knowledge, deep industry connections, and a passion for helping businesses integrate new technologies make him a key player on our team.

Half man, half dog, General Bigsby comes from an illustrious line of anthropomorphic legends. He is always looking ahead to the future while holding down the traditions of yesteryear. When he's not wandering the globe in search of emerging marketing trends, he can be found relaxing on his estate in the hills of Baltimore County. He does not respond to emails but is available to Zoom with our most elite clients.
