Account Manager

At Further Insights, our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as the main point of contact. The account manager, in collaboration with our team, will lead the charge in developing and implementing data driven marketing plans and strategies for our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Objectives

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

  • Work with the client and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

  • Work with various types of software for digital marketing including but not limited to Google Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Hubspot, etc.

  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any account updates

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the account director, internal team members, clients, and partners

  • Take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs in a timely manner

  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

  • Execute market research, review customer data and develop weekly progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization

  • Collaborate with our creative studio team to develop marketing materials such as whitepapers, case studies, presentations, etc.

  • Collaborate with and manage marketing associates, content publishers and other internal team members to execute ongoing client marketing initiatives

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Skills & Qualifications

  • Internship or professional experience in a marketing or customer service role

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work virtually.

  • Basic graphic design skills

  • Basic social media management skills

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to grow both professionally and personally.

  • Proven track record of working with and receiving positive customer feedback
