Account Manager

At Further Insights, our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as the main point of contact. The account manager, in collaboration with our team, will lead the charge in developing and implementing data-driven marketing plans and strategies for our clients.

    • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

    • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

    • Work with the client and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

    • Work with various types of software for digital marketing including but not limited to Google Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Hubspot, etc.

    • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any account updates

    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

    • Collaborate with the account director, internal team members, clients, and partners

    • Take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs in a timely manner

    • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

    • Execute market research, review customer data and develop weekly progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization

    • Collaborate with our creative studio team to develop marketing materials such as whitepapers, case studies, presentations, etc.

    • Collaborate with and manage marketing associates, content publishers and other internal team members to execute ongoing client marketing initiatives

    • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

    • Internship or professional experience in a marketing or customer service role

    • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Ad Operations Specialist

Further Insights is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to work with our team to develop and implement digital advertising campaigns for our clients. You will assist Account Managers in developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing campaigns on various platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.  

The Ad Ops Specialist develops, launches, troubleshoots, and measures digital ad campaigns. This person sets up, executes, and manages multiple campaigns on a day-to-day basis to ensure consistent ad delivery and performance.

Additionally, this position tracks key metrics, analyzes data, and actively implements optimization strategies to increase ad effectiveness.

    • Manage and optimize ad campaigns on various platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

    • Act as the main point of contact for technical issues related to ad functions

    • Work with account managers and clients to ensure optimal campaign performance

    • Implement, track, ensure QA, measure, analyze, and report the performance of multiple advertising campaigns

    • Create detailed performance reports

    • Propose optimization strategies, leveraging key metrics and KPI's

    • 2+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns

    • Proficiency with Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio)

    • Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager including Facebook Ads and Facebook Pixel

    • A high level of attention to detail.

Social Media Content Coordinator

Do you have a passion for social media and growing brands? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual to take on the role of our Social Media Coordinator. This individual will create compelling copy that attracts, engages, and supports lead generation and nurturing efforts at every stage of the marketing funnel. Additionally, the ideal candidate has the ability to write to a variety of audience personas and an understanding of the ways different media alter content.

The position will begin part-time with the opportunity to expand into a full-time role in the next couple of months.

    • Develop and maintain social channels for all clients

    • Monitoring and tracking all content and social campaigns

    • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics

    • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness (trends, technology, new emerging platforms, etc.)

    • Research audience preferences and discover current trends

    • Create engaging text, image, and video content

    • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

    • Prior experience with working on multiple social media platforms (required)

    • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
